Another first – Using Real Red
If you can believe it, I’ve never used the colour Real Red from Stampin’ Up!. And now that I’ve used it, I don’t know why I haven’t used it sooner.
A friend of mine, Deena, and I are doing a class together for a group of ladies and needed to come up with a card to make. We want to show them how to make their own flower embellishments so I took a few samples of my cards over to Deena’s and this is what we came up with.
It’s the same layout as this one, but with a few changes like the addition of the tiny tag and using the elegant En Francais background stamp.
I love how this turned out. The contrast of the Real Red on the Whisper White is stunning. So glad that Deena had Real Red and even gladder that I will be getting it very soon. I can’t wait to use it again 🙂

I am scratching my head a little as to the omission of real red fm ur repetiore!! For me…..Sahara Sand, Kraft (gasp/shock/horror), Ruby Red, Going Gray have been bogie colours. There are a couple more….but I know what u mean. perhaps that Kraft will be coming out in an ink now I may be more adventurous?? I love the statement the red makes in this and I am a HUGE fan of the En Francais BGS!!!!! Beautiful card.
