Country Chick
I am really stepping out of my comfort zone here. I have been asked to make a few cards with specific interests in mind. This is the first one. The criteria for this one was that it needed to be for a birthday and the recipient likes the ‘Country Style’ and the colour maroon. I don’t have maroon as I personally am not a fan so I have used Riding Hood Red as a substitute with Pink Pirouette, Bella Rose Designer Paper and Striped Riding Hood Red Ribbon. I’ve used the cute “Happy bird-day!” stamp from the Pun Fun stamp set and coloured it with blender pens and inks.
This inside is finished with a panel of Whisper White and a strip of Bella Rose Designer Paper punched along the edge with my Scallop Edge Punch.
Hopefully it meets the criteria well enough. What do you all think?
